We bring 20+ years of combined experience. We maintain relationships with numerous apartment communities and communicate daily with leasing agents, onsite staff, and management. That daily contact is what lets us clarify details when your request needs it.
Our focus is narrow on purpose: tax credit communities, income-restricted apartments, and properties with lower minimum-income requirements. These are the options renters most often struggle to sort out on their own.
